This position is designed to offer bespoke support, guiding new franchisees through the complexities of the industry—from regulatory registrations to local networking.
By providing a structured onboarding programme over 12-18 months, you will ensure that franchisees are not only equipped to achieve their business objectives but are also integrated into the community.

Experience

Ideally experience of working in a care at home (domiciliary) franchise and managing the onboarding of new franchisees, including assistance with securing office premises, the recruitment of a Care Manager and working with them and the Franchisee to achieve registration with the Care Quality Commission/appropriate regulatory body.
