Main Functions:
-
To lead and be proactively involved in the support development and expansion of this FRANCHISE network across the UK.

To identify sales opportunities to increase trade through the FRANCHISE network
-
To assist in the development and growth of Franchise businesses by setting key objectives for the network and reporting directly into the UK MD.

To ensure Franchisees receive the support and training required to achieve goals and continued growth of their business.

To ensure all franchisees are operating their franchise in accordance with their franchise brand guidelines and commitments and meet current health, safety and environmental legislation (HS&E) requirements.​

Key Competencies:

be able to demonstrate experience of leading & influencing business groups

be able to demonstate experience in the 'Home Service' sector elaevating Franchisees from a 'man and a van' operation into a Management Franchise operation.

be able to demonstrate excellent all-round business acumen

be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
